Article 1 (Scope of Application)
These Terms and Conditions set forth the terms of use for the Chair Speaker subscription service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by Onesrenovation Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"). Users must agree to these Terms and Conditions before using the Service.
Article 2 (Contract Formation)
Applications for this service are made through the "Subscription Plan Application Form" provided online by our company, and a contract is concluded upon submission of the form.
Article 3 (Service Contents and Fees)
Users can select one of the following models and use the service on a monthly subscription basis. Please note that due to campaigns and other factors, the amount may differ from the amount listed below depending on when the user applies.
- [VRS-1 + 11.2ch playback compatible high-end amplifier set]: 39,600 yen (tax included) per month
- [VRS-W1 + 11.2ch playback compatible high-end amplifier set]: 55,000 yen (tax included) per month
- [VRS-1 + 7.2ch playback compatible standard amplifier set]: 29,700 yen (tax included) per month
- [VRS-W1 + 7.2ch playback compatible standard amplifier set]: 39,600 yen (tax included) per month
- [VRS-2 + 7.2ch playback compatible standard amplifier set]: 22,000 yen (tax included) per month
Article 4 (Contract period and renewal)
- The minimum contract period is 12 months for delivery and installation within the Kanto region, and 18 months for delivery and installation outside the Kanto region. However, due to campaigns, etc., the period may differ for each individual contract depending on the timing of the user's application.
- After the minimum usage period ends, the subscription will be automatically renewed on a monthly basis.
Article 5 (Payment Method)
Payment is generally made automatically by credit card.
Article 6 (Installation and Collection)
Delivery, installation and collection will be carried out by our company or our contractors.
